ThrillTek Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 27, 2025

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding order cancellations for products purchased from ThrillTek LLC (“ThrillTek,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By placing an order with ThrillTek, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

General Overview

Due to the nature of our business and the level of customization and handling required, not all orders are eligible for cancellation. ThrillTek reserves the right to accept or deny cancellation requests at its sole discretion based on the status and type of the order.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following order types are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been processed:

• All machines (standard, custom, assembled, or unassembled)
• Branded or customized amusement/arcade equipment
• Products with graphic wraps, logos, custom dimensions, or alternate configurations
• Bulk orders of any type of equipment
• Special-order parts or components sourced specifically for the customer

Once production, assembly, or freight coordination begins, the order is locked and cannot be changed or canceled.

Eligible Cancellations

Requests may be considered for the following if submitted prior to shipment confirmation:

• Replacement parts (joysticks, LED strips, chute doors, etc.)
• Non-custom tools and miscellaneous small components
• Toys or small items sold via the online store (plush, capsules, novelty prizes)

Items that are already packed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

How to Request a Cancellation

• Email us within 24 hours of placing your order
• Include your full name, order number, and list of item(s) you wish to cancel
• Wait for written confirmation that your cancellation has been approved

Note: Phone calls, social media messages, or texts are not accepted for cancellations.

Restocking Fees

Approved cancellations of eligible items may incur up to a 15% restocking fee based on labor, materials, or packaging already completed.

Refund Processing

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Right to Deny or Modify Cancellations

• ThrillTek reserves the right to deny any cancellation request at its sole discretion
• Orders may be canceled internally for fraud, stock issues, or errors
• Partial refunds may be issued depending on order status and fulfillment stage

Disputes

Chargebacks or payment reversals made without following this cancellation policy will result in legal action or refusal of future service. All disputes will be handled under Ohio law and adjudicated in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing from ThrillTek, you acknowledge and accept this Cancellation Policy in full. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
