Machines currently in stock that require no customization—whether standard or themed—typically ship within 1–3 business days. Customized machines can take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity and scope of the request.

Do you offer shipping?

Liftgate service is available if needed for residential deliveries or locations without a loading dock. Can I ship to a residential address, and is there an added cost?

If liftgate service or other accommodations are needed, they can be arranged and will be reflected in the shipping quote. We also offer delivery to locations with special or limited access, including construction zones, gated areas, and other logistical environments for an additional fee. Is local pickup availablea, and does a discount apply?

What is the warranty policy?
All machines come with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty begins on the date of delivery and includes replacement parts for issues arising from factory-related faults. It does not cover labor, damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or exposure to environmental elements. If an issue arises, we recommend first reviewing the included user manual for basic troubleshooting steps. Our customer support team is available to help guide you through additional diagnostics. If the problem cannot be resolved through support, we will send any required replacement parts at no cost, including free shipping, as long as the issue qualifies under warranty coverage.
Where can I get replacement parts?
Replacement parts are available through our online store (subject to availability) and directly from our support team if your machine is still under warranty. We stock a wide range of components, including claws, motors, lighting parts, circuit boards, joysticks, and more. Most parts ship within 1–2 business days to minimize downtime.
What if my machine is damaged during shipping?
We strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your shipment upon delivery and before signing any documents. If you notice or suspect any damage, take multiple clear photographs of the affected areas and packaging, and document the damage directly on the Bill of Lading (BOL). In such cases, we advise refusing the shipment and sending it back with the carrier. Immediately notify our support team within 48 hours so we can initiate a shipping claim on your behalf. Once confirmed, we will coordinate the prompt delivery of replacement parts or, if necessary, a new unit.
Can I see how the machine looks with my branding?
Yes, for custom orders we provide digital mockups showing your logo, color scheme, and artwork applied to the machine design. Before production begins, we’ll request your input and approval to ensure the design aligns with your vision. Mockups are included with your order and are provided upon receiving your deposit.
If you would like a design preview without placing an order, we offer a $50 customization mockup fee. This fee covers the design and setup time required to generate your personalized preview and can be credited toward your final purchase if you decide to move forward.
