By making a purchase and using ThrillTek products, you agree to this disclaimer in full. All machines are sold fully assembled unless otherwise noted in the product listing or invoice.

This Installation and Setup Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) outlines the responsibilities and liability limitations regarding the installation, setup, and operational preparation of any product purchased from ThrillTek LLC (“ThrillTek,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By purchasing, assembling, or using any product, you agree to the following:

Customer Responsibility for Setup

All ThrillTek machines and equipment are sold and shipped fully assembled unless otherwise stated in writing. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure:

• Proper installation, leveling, and anchoring of equipment
• Safe and secure electrical setup compliant with local code
• Setup is completed by qualified personnel or technicians
• The unit is placed in an area that allows for full access to service panels, air flow, and prize retrieval
• Protective materials used during shipping are removed without causing damage to the equipment
• Final cleaning of the machine surfaces is performed before first use

ThrillTek does not provide on-site installation services unless specified under a separate written agreement.

No Liability for Improper Assembly or Handling

ThrillTek is not liable for any injury, damage, malfunction, or delay caused by:

• Mishandling of equipment during uncrating, lifting, or moving
• Failure to remove shipping restraints or protective packaging properly
• Use of non-approved tools or parts to alter or modify the machine
• Positioning the unit in areas subject to moisture, vibration, or heavy foot traffic
• Failure to follow setup instructions provided

Use of the equipment without correct setup voids all warranties.

Documentation and Support

We provide customers with setup instructions, video guides, and remote support resources for all standard units. However, you assume full responsibility for ensuring the unit is placed, powered, and operated safely according to our guidelines.

Documentation may include but is not limited to:

• Printed quick start guides
• Online setup videos
• Remote technical consultations
• Electrical load requirements and placement guides

For technical questions or clarifications, our support team is available to assist remotely.

Third-Party Installers

If you hire a third-party installer, you are solely responsible for verifying their qualifications, certifications, and liability coverage. ThrillTek assumes no responsibility for damage, injury, or loss caused during third-party handling, placement, or power setup.

Power and Electrical Warning

Improper power connection or overloading circuits can result in damage, fire, or injury. Always:

• Use grounded outlets that meet the voltage requirements specified by ThrillTek
• Avoid using power strips, extension cords, or daisy-chained outlets
• Ensure electrical access points are not obstructed or covered during operation
• Shut off power completely before connecting or disconnecting the machine

Any damage from improper electrical setup is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by warranty.

Acknowledgment of Risk

By setting up or positioning any fully assembled ThrillTek product, you acknowledge:

• There are inherent risks in handling commercial-grade mechanical and electrical equipment
• You have the tools, knowledge, and capability to safely complete setup or have hired someone who does
• You assume all risks of injury, damage, loss of product functionality, or financial cost related to improper setup or handling

Warranty Impact

Failure to follow installation and setup instructions or recommended practices will void all warranties and may disqualify you from receiving technical support or replacement parts. This includes but is not limited to:

• Operating the machine while it is still partially crated or wrapped
• Placing the unit in non-compliant environments (outdoor, wet, extreme temperature)
• Ignoring power requirements or electrical grounding protocols
