ThrillTek Payment Policy

This Payment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for all payments made to ThrillTek LLC (“ThrillTek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for products and services offered through our website, direct sales channels, or authorized partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following terms in full.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) via Square
- PayPal
- CashApp
- Venmo
- Zelle
- Bank Wire Transfers
- Business Checks Only – Must clear before shipment (allow 5–7 business days for processing).
Make checks payable to ThrillTek LLC and include your invoice number and business contact information. Orders will not be fulfilled until funds are confirmed cleared.
Payment Timing Requirements
- All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping unless approved Net Terms are in place.
- Orders involving custom equipment, bulk machines, or branded wraps require 50–100% upfront prepayment, depending on scope.
- Orders not paid within five (5) business days of invoice may be canceled without notice.
Taxes and Fees
- Prices shown do not include sales tax, VAT, duties, or import/export fees unless specified.
- Sales tax will be applied as required by law based on shipping destination.
- International buyers are responsible for all customs, brokerage, and cross-border processing fees.
Fraud Protection and Verification
ThrillTek reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order flagged for potential fraud or identity mismatch
- Request verification documents (such as a government-issued ID or business license) before processing
- Delay shipment until payment has cleared and been verified, especially for large-value orders
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
- Any unauthorized disputes or chargebacks will be treated as potential fraud.
- Customers must contact our billing team first to resolve any payment issues.
- ThrillTek reserves the right to suspend or cancel service and pursue legal action for any fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks.
Deposits and Partial Payments
- Deposits for custom or backordered products are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Partial payments may be accepted for qualified commercial clients with prior approval.
Account Holds and Payment Failures
- If payment fails or is reversed, ThrillTek reserves the right to hold or cancel the associated order.
- Invoices not paid in full within 10 business days may result in forfeiture of product reservation.
- Customers with repeated payment issues may be blacklisted from future purchases.
