ThrillTek is committed to delivering your equipment safely, efficiently, and globally — no matter your location or order size. We proudly ship to every country in the world and support all delivery types: commercial, residential, event venues, malls, and more.
Processing & Production
- In-Stock Items ship in 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom orders — including branded machines, themed designs, or special modifications — typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks. Before you place your order, our team will work closely with you to provide a personalized timeline and quote based on the complexity of your customization and production schedule.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your machine leaves our warehouse.
Freight Delivery (U.S. & Canada)
All machines are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers with protective packaging and secure handling.
Standard freight includes:
- Heavy-duty palletized or crated packaging
- Loading dock delivery
- Tracking number + carrier contact
- Optional liftgate service for delivery without a dock or forklift
Transit Times:
- East & Midwest: 2–5 business days
- West & South: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days

Customs, VAT & Import Duties:
All international buyers are solely responsible for any applicable customs clearance fees, import duties, VAT, or other taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of these fees before purchasing.
International Shipping:Â
The buyer is responsible for coordinating and covering the full cost of freight transportation. We can assist by recommending trusted carriers and will provide loading dock access and all necessary documentation to support your shipment. All equipment ships EXW (Ex Works) from our warehouse, meaning the buyer assumes all responsibility once the item is made available for pickup.
Inspection & Freight Damage Policy
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery:
- Check for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt

- Photograph any dents, crushed corners, or torn wrapping

- Clearly note all damage on the delivery receipt

- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there are issues

Claims cannot be processed if damage is not documented at the time of delivery.
