Processing & Production

• ● In-Stock Items ship in 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• ● Custom orders — including branded machines, themed designs, or special modifications — typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks. Before you place your order, our team will work closely with you to provide a personalized timeline and quote based on the complexity of your customization and production schedule.
• ● A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your machine leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery (U.S. & Canada)

All machines are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers with protective packaging and secure handling.

Standard freight includes:

• ● Loading dock delivery
• ● Tracking number + carrier contact
• ● Optional liftgate service for delivery without a dock or forklift

Transit Times:
