How to Track Your Package (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL)
If your order shipped via one of the major parcel carriers, follow these steps to track your delivery:
Check your invoice or shipping confirmation email. Tracking numbers vary by carrier — for example, UPS numbers usually start with “1Z”.
Your email or invoice will state whether your order shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Not sure? Contact us and we’ll help confirm it.
Hover over the carrier logo below and click it to be taken to their official tracking page.
Paste your tracking number into the carrier’s tracking tool and click Track or Submit to view your shipment status.
Most carriers allow you to sign up for email or SMS delivery updates using your tracking number.
Freight Shipments Tracking
How to Track Your Freight Shipment
If your order was shipped via freight (typically for larger machines or commercial equipment), follow these steps to track your delivery:
Check your invoice or shipping confirmation email for your PRO (tracking) number. This number is required to track your shipment.
Look at your invoice or shipping notice to see which carrier is handling your shipment (e.g., XPO, Estes, ABF, etc.).
Don’t know the carrier? Contact our support team and we’ll help you identify it.
Scroll down and click the logo of the correct carrier. This will redirect you to the carrier’s official tracking page.
Paste your PRO number into the tracking field on the carrier’s site. Click “Track” or “Submit” to view your shipment details.
Most freight carriers allow you to enter your email or phone number to receive delivery updates or delay alerts.
