1-Year Warranty – What’s Covered
All new machines come with a one (1) year warranty that begins on the date your order is shipped. If any part of your machine fails or malfunctions within that one-year period due to a manufacturing defect or internal failure not caused by misuse,Â
ThrillTek will:
- Send you a replacement part at no charge
- Ship the part for free
- Provide support and guidance for installation
Examples of Warranty-Covered Issues:
- Crane arm motor fails due to mechanical defect
- Power supply stops working due to internal fault
- Faulty display or control board from factory defect
- Wiring or electronic failure caused by faulty components
What’s Not Covered
While we’re here to support you, our warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
- Human error or neglect (e.g., slamming, spilling, forcing components)
- Improper installation, outdoor use, or lack of routine maintenance
- Physical damage, scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear and tear
- Environmental damage (power surges, water, heat, or extreme conditions)
- Any modification or tampering by unauthorized service providers
If your issue falls outside of warranty coverage, you can still reach out — we’ll help get the parts you need and walk you through repairs.
Repairs – During & After Warranty
- In Warranty: We’ll supply qualified replacement parts and ship them to you for free.
- Out of Warranty: You can purchase replacement parts online from our website. Our team is always available to help you troubleshoot, identify the right part, and walk you through installation.

- If you don’t see the part you’re looking for, please contact us — we may still carry it or be able to source it quickly for you.
- Just send us your machine model, a description of the part, and (if possible) a photo.
