Freight Damage Policy<\/h2>\n

At ThrillTek, we take every precaution to ensure your freight shipment is packaged securely and clearly labeled. However, due to the nature of freight shipping, damage can occur. This policy protects both you and ThrillTek by outlining what to do if your shipment is damaged and how to ensure you remain eligible for insurance coverage.<\/p>\n\n

1. Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery<\/h3>\n

You are required to inspect your shipment immediately at delivery. This includes:<\/p>\n

  • Checking for visible damage to the outside of the packaging and item(s)<\/li>\n
  • Counting all pallets and boxes to ensure nothing is missing<\/li>\n
  • Taking clear photos of all sides of the pallet and any visible damage<\/li>\n
  • Writing any damage clearly on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Never sign the BOL as “clear” or “received in good condition” if there is any visible damage.<\/p>\n\n

    2. Insurance Coverage<\/h3>\n

    All freight shipments from ThrillTek are insured through a third-party freight insurance provider.<\/p>\n

    IMPORTANT:<\/strong> In order to be eligible for any compensation, damage must be clearly noted on the BOL at the time of delivery. If it is not, your insurance claim may be denied. Carriers and insurers require proof at delivery to process a claim.<\/p>\n\n

    3. Reporting Deadlines<\/h3>\n

    Visible Damage (You can see damage when it arrives)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Must be noted on the BOL at delivery<\/li>\n
    • Contact ThrillTek within 24\u201348 hours<\/li>\n
    • Submit all documentation within 5 calendar days<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

      IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Claims will be denied if you do not note the damage on the BOL and notify us within 48 hours.<\/p>\n\n

      Concealed Damage (Hidden damage inside packaging)<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Contact ThrillTek within 24\u201348 hours of delivery<\/li>\n
      • Submit all supporting documentation within 5 calendar days<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

        IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Reporting concealed damage after 48 hours will almost always result in a denied claim.<\/p>\n\n

        4. What Is Not Covered<\/h3>\n

        ThrillTek is not responsible for:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Damage not noted on the BOL<\/li>\n
        • Deliveries to residential locations without liftgate service (unless paid for)<\/li>\n
        • Improper handling after delivery<\/li>\n
        • Concealed damage reported after 24\u201348 hours<\/li>\n
        • Cosmetic blemishes or minor wear that does not impact function<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

          5. Resolution and Remedies<\/h3>\n

          If your claim is accepted, ThrillTek will offer one of the following remedies:<\/p>\n

          • Replacement part(s) at no cost<\/li>\n
          • Partial refund or store credit<\/li>\n
          • Full return and replacement if the unit is severely damaged<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

            IMPORTANT:<\/strong> You must keep all original packaging and materials until the claim is fully processed.<\/p>\n\n

            6. Additional Terms<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • All machines ship fully assembled unless otherwise stated<\/li>\n
            • Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery conditions<\/li>\n
            • If delivery is refused for non-damage reasons, return shipping and restocking fees apply<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n
