ThrillTek Cancellation Policy<\/h2>

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding order cancellations for products purchased from ThrillTek LLC (“ThrillTek,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By placing an order with ThrillTek, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.<\/p>

General Overview<\/h3>

Due to the nature of our business and the level of customization and handling required, not all orders are eligible for cancellation. ThrillTek reserves the right to accept or deny cancellation requests at its sole discretion based on the status and type of the order.<\/p>

Non-Cancellable Orders<\/h3>

The following order types are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been processed:<\/p>

  • \u25cf All machines (standard, custom, assembled, or unassembled)<\/li>
  • \u25cf Branded or customized amusement\/arcade equipment<\/li>
  • \u25cf Products with graphic wraps, logos, custom dimensions, or alternate configurations<\/li>
  • \u25cf Bulk orders of any type of equipment<\/li>
  • \u25cf Special-order parts or components sourced specifically for the customer<\/li><\/ul>

    Once production, assembly, or freight coordination begins, the order is locked and cannot be changed or canceled.<\/p>

    Eligible Cancellations<\/h3>

    Requests may be considered for the following if submitted prior to shipment confirmation<\/strong>:<\/p>

    • \u25cf Replacement parts (joysticks, LED strips, chute doors, etc.)<\/li>
    • \u25cf Non-custom tools and miscellaneous small components<\/li>
    • \u25cf Toys or small items sold via the online store (plush, capsules, novelty prizes)<\/li><\/ul>

      Items that are already packed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.<\/p>

      How to Request a Cancellation<\/h3>
      • \u25cf Email us within 24 hours of placing your order<\/li>
      • \u25cf Include your full name, order number, and list of item(s) you wish to cancel<\/li>
      • \u25cf Wait for written confirmation that your cancellation has been approved<\/li><\/ul>

        Note: Phone calls, social media messages, or texts are not accepted for cancellations.<\/em><\/p>

        Restocking Fees<\/h3>

        Approved cancellations of eligible items may incur up to a 15% restocking fee<\/strong> based on labor, materials, or packaging already completed.<\/p>

        Refund Processing<\/h3>

        Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7\u201310 business days<\/strong> via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.<\/p>

        Right to Deny or Modify Cancellations<\/h3>
        • \u25cf ThrillTek reserves the right to deny any cancellation request at its sole discretion<\/li>
        • \u25cf Orders may be canceled internally for fraud, stock issues, or errors<\/li>
        • \u25cf Partial refunds may be issued depending on order status and fulfillment stage<\/li><\/ul>

          Disputes<\/h3>

          Chargebacks or payment reversals made without following this cancellation policy will result in legal action or refusal of future service. All disputes will be handled under Ohio law and adjudicated in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.<\/p>
