At ThrillTek, each order is made or configured to meet specific customer needs, which is why all sales are final. Please read our full policy before placing your order.

No Returns or Refunds – All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our business and the types of products we sell, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect size or fit for your space
  • Custom-built or modified machines
  • Color or theme preferences
  • Shipping delays
  • Replacement parts or accessory orders
  • General dissatisfaction after delivery

Once an order is placed, we begin processing and preparing for production or shipment immediately. This ensures fast delivery but eliminates the ability to modify or cancel the order.

Please double-check all measurements, voltage requirements, product specifications, and delivery access before placing your order.

Shipping Damage

If your product arrives with visible damage from shipping:

  • Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Take clear photos of all damage, including packaging and the product itself.
  • Note all issues on the delivery receipt with the driver present.
  • Submit a claim within 24 hours of delivery.
