ThrillTek offers local pickup for eligible orders from our warehouse.
Important: Our facility supports dock-height pickups only. You must arrive in a vehicle that can access a standard loading dock—we cannot accommodate pickups at ground level at this time.
Pickup Guidelines
Dock-Height Required
All pickups must be made using a box truck, trailer, or commercial vehicle that aligns with standard dock height. We cannot load items into cars, SUVs, vans, or low-bed trucks.
By Appointment Only
All local pickups require an appointment. No walk-ins are permitted. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your time slot is approved.
Bring Your Order Details
Please bring your order number and a valid photo ID at the time of pickup.

Monday–Friday: Possible Pick up between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM by appointment only

Dock Requirements:
Important Notes: If you are unable to meet dock access requirements, contact us in advance to arrange alternative shipping or delivery options. Missed or late pickups may require rescheduling.
- Vehicle Type: Your vehicle must be dock-height (48" standard). Box trucks, liftgate trucks, or commercial trailers only.
- No Passenger Vehicles: We cannot accommodate pickups in passenger vehicles, vans, or pickups without a liftgate or ramp.
- Driver Instructions: All drivers must remain in their vehicle until a team member signals that it is safe to approach the dock.
Arrival Instructions:
- 1.Arrival Instructions: Arrive during your confirmed time window only (no early or late pickups).
- 2. Text or Call: Pull into the Loading Dock Entrance. Call [insert phone number] or text “Arrived – [Your Name]” once parked at the dock.
- 3. Wait for staff: Wait for a team member to come out and confirm your order and vehicle before loading.
- 4. Bring ID: Present a valid photo ID and your order confirmation number to the staff.
Liability Notice: Driving into or operating within our dock and loading area is done entirely at your own risk. ThrillTek assumes no responsibility for damage to your vehicle, personal property, or injuries that may occur during pickup. Drivers must follow all posted signs and staff instructions while on-site. Use caution when backing into bays or maneuvering around loading equipment.
